Sanitech Carpet Cleaning & Restoration is a family-owned
business that was established in 1998 by Harold Soto, who saw a need for high-quality
carpet and floor care in the DC metro area. Having worked in the industry,
Harold and his brother Cristian began a company that would ensure each customer’s
satisfaction by both providing the highest quality of workmanship and by communicating
with customers about their needs, concerns, and expectations.
Employees on every job are IICRC (Institute
of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified and trained in specific areas such as Water Damage
Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, and Mold Remediation. Each employee continues
their education by taking classes and attending conferences offered by the
industry’s experts. Sanitech adheres to the highest level of standards
outlined by government and private organizations in our work. Sanitech
brings depth and breadth of experience and education in mold remediation, inspection
and abatement, as well as the necessary restoration work which often follows.
We are happy to work with clients who have unique needs; for example we have
designed plans for clients incorporating their wishes ranging from a desire
to use environmentally-friendly cleaning agents to jobs in high-security locations
to clients with highly specialized floors, walls or cabinetry. We strive
not to merely satisfy our customers but to exceed their expectations.
