Sanitech clients are diverse; commercial clients include embassies, schools, art galleries, warehouses, gymnasiums, and medical offices. We have done construction for fashion industry events and for shops in strip malls, as well as our ongoing contracts with regional developers and larger construction firms. Our residential clients range from urban singles in studio apartments to estate owners in the Virginia countryside. Several homeowner associations and condo boards have contracts with Sanitech; for customers who live in those areas, we are always ready and available to you to come address any water damage or mold present in your homes.
