How does track lighting compare to recessed lighting?
Track lighting is faster to install, but recessed lighting
is an upgrade that increases property value, and has a clean modern aesthetic.
What is the difference between a wood and a concrete subfloor?
Depending on the room and the flooring to be installed as well as the property
type and location, we may recommend one or the other.
What are the plusses and minuses of granite countertops?
Again, granite is an upgrade; it is very difficult to damage, resistant to damage
from heat, and will not discolor. They are easy to clean, but it is recommended
that owners reseal granite counters from time to time. The price difference between
granite and Corian or a synthetic quartz countertop is not usually significant.
But manmade countertops do come in a greater number of colors and can be repaired
if damaged. Also, some of these types of counters can be customized to your kitchen
shape without seams. Depending on your needs, any of these, or wood countertops,
might be the right choice for you.
I have always wanted crown moldings in my home. Can you install them?
Yes, we can. We can do this as a single added feature to your home, or as part
of a larger renovation.

We opened the kitchen to the living area via an arched window with a breakfast bar, replaced subfloors and installed new cabinets and new carpet in the bedrooms, new tile in the bathroom, and hard wood floors in the living area. We painted, added moldings to the doors, replaced and refinished many details - sagging closet doors, outlet fixtures, heat registers and lighting.
